• Uploaded invoices and metadata
• Usage logs (IP, browser, timestamps)

3. Legal Bases

We process data to perform a contract (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR) and to pursue our legitimate interests in improving the service (Art. 6 (1)(f)).

4. Data Retention

We retain invoices for 1 month by default or as required by law. You can request deletion anytime.

5. International Data Transfers

All data is stored in EU data centers. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, and to object or restrict processing.
